A European royal-garden themed residential enclave in BSD City by Sinarmas Land, with two chapters: Armont 1 (three-storey homes) and Monard (two-storey), around Le Gran Clubhouse and The Graceley Park.
Which types are available?
Monard (two-storey): Monard 8 (158 m²) and Monard 9 (200 m²). Armont 1 (three-storey): Splendid VIII (232 m²) and Grandiose IX (275 m²). The flagship Sovereign X (380 m², with a private lift) is also available but not yet in the current price list — contact us for details.
What is the price?
