CloutHaus Residences is a freehold serviced residence at Menara TA First on Jalan P. Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur — directly facing the KLCC forecourt and the Petronas Twin Towers. The 276-metre tower holds 615 units from Level 9 to Level 63A, developed by TA First Credit Sdn Bhd (TA Global Berhad).

Freehold, on commercial-titled land. Per the developer’s documents, the land carries no encumbrance and no restriction in interest.

For most units, no. Only 9 of the 615 units include a car park slot (the Level 9 garden units and units on Levels 58–63A). Every other owner leases a slot from the automated car park system (ACPS) via the Sub-Management Corporation, at rates that have not yet been set. This is material — please confirm with our team before booking.

Foreign consent fees are borne by the developer for overseas buyers, which indicates foreign purchase is possible. However the full rules — including the minimum foreign purchase price in Kuala Lumpur, the state consent process, and MM2H — are not set out in the material we hold.
